By using this website (My Massage Mentor and any of its subdomains), you agree to the following terms, conditions and privacy policy. Please read them carefully before using this website.
Refund Policy
As per our guarantee, you have 30 days from time of purchase to review the My Massage Mentor membership site to request a refund of your founding member subscription fee.
Once the 30 days is finished, due to the nature of the program, we are unable to provide full or partial credit or refunds of any membership fees you have paid.
To receive a refund, please send an email to formembers@mymassagementor.co.uk requesting a refund within 30 days of joining, and we will arrange a refund within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time during your membership by emailing formembers@mymassagementor.co.uk.
To ensure you're not paid for another payment period, depending on your membership option, please cancel at least 10 days before payment is due to come out of your account.
After the initial 30 day period, we are unable to issue partial credits or refunds on any cancelled memberships.
General Provisions
This website is owned and operated by LSM Clinic Ltd trading as My Massage Mentor and Leyton Sports Massage, a company registered in the UK. Our principal place of business is located at Leyton Mills Fitness First, London, E10 5NH.
You must be at least thirteen years of age to use our website. Use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website. The terms, conditions and privacy policy contained on this page is subject to change at any time.

Founding Member Refunds
As a founding member, you have until the 15 February 2018 (or 30 days from the opening of My Massage Mentor, whichever is longer) to request a refund of your founding member subscription fee.
This gives you a full month to review the content on the site and attend a Q&A.
If you decide you would like a refund, please email info@leytonsportsmassage.com before the 15 February 2018, and will arrange a refund to the payment method you used within 14 days.
If we do not receive a refund request from you by the 15 February, we will be unable to process any other partial or credited refunds.
